About

Our mission is to honor God by serving others with love and compassion.

Our Service

The basis of our service model is a belief that residents live best when they remain as independent as possible in a long-term community surrounded by friends and family.

Meadowbrook Village is licensed as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). As a Continuing Care facility, we offer both fully independent and assisted living, allowing our residents to “age-in-place” in a community they love. Services such as assisted living, dining, and housekeeping are charged on a “fee-for-service” basis to maintain residents’ independence. Our fee structure, a lifetime lease entrance fee followed by low monthly maintenance fees, encourages long-term residence and community-building.

Our facilities were likewise built specifically with independence and flexibility in mind. Our spacious cottages and private apartments, wide streets and abundant green space create a beautiful residential setting. All 170 of our residential units come equipped with well-appointed kitchens and private laundry rooms. Our dining areas, activity rooms, coffee house, fitness center and walking trails combine to promote an active and social lifestyle.

Additional space in and around the Meadowbrook Village property has been preserved for future development. Lord willing, our immediate future holds the creation of a caring and vibrant environment for retirement living — a true community. We hope you will be a part of it!

Our History

Meadowbrook Village was founded in 2009 and began with a desire to create a quality retirement community where Christ’s love would be shown in the way we served and lived with each other. We were founded by a local non-profit foundation and are supported by members of several local churches. The basis of our service model is a belief that residents live best when they remain as independent as possible in a long-term community surrounded by friends. Meadowbrook Village is currently licensed as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). As a Continuing Care facility we offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, allowing our residents to “age-in-place” in a community they love.

I thank God every day that I live at Meadowbrookvillage. The staff and residents are like family to me!

What an incredible home for retirement. Beautiful cottages and apartments with extra details throughout construction. Is there a prettier park-like setting of 25 acres to walk through, on level, paved paths? I don’t think there is any place with a greater variety or more color of plantings than we have at Meadowbrook. Stroll by a lovely pond with fountains splashing in the air and several huge koi swimming about? A Canadian goose coming every year with his mate, hatching a flock of little ones, and we watch them waddling about? Home sweet home!
